The magic book is out there.

I remember reading my first self-help book by Louise Hay.
My son was a baby, and now he’s 30.
Since then, I’ve read countless books, searching for the secret to
happiness, the magic formula that would finally make me feel whole.
Yeah, I was wrong.
Books help.
Therapy helps.
But the real change happens when you commit to the journey—when you
stop searching for quick fixes and start doing the deep, sometimes
uncomfortable work of self-discovery.
It’s in the moments of reflection, the willingness to confront your fears, and
the courage to rewrite the stories you've told yourself.
Loving yourself isn’t a destination, it’s a practice.
A choice.
A journey.
And it’s the most important one you’ll ever take.
And you are worth it.
So, if you’re struggling to believe in yourself, please know this—you’re
wrong, too.
You are more than enough, exactly as you are.
And if you ever need someone to remind you, I’m here.
